About me…

My first encounter with the spirit world happened when I was a child. I remember our dog barking into the corner of a room, alert to something I couldn’t see. That moment sparked a lifelong curiosity about the unseen, and I soon found myself drawn to all things metaphysical. I would wander through crystal shops, linger over oracle decks, and feel an undeniable pull to explore.

I was born in the Czech Republic, and thanks to my husband’s career, we’ve had the opportunity to live and travel across many places. Along the way, I found deep meaning in volunteering for charitable organizations and spaces where I could truly connect with others, hold space, listen to their stories, and support their healing journeys.

Following what lights me up, I began studying energy healing, stillness practices, and the wisdom of crystals. Over the years, I’ve become certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher, Crystal Healer, Sound Therapist, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and Children’s Meditation Teacher.

For the past 15 years, I’ve had the honor of working with many beautiful souls offering healing sessions, teaching yoga, meditation, and facilitating circles, ceremonies, and self-care workshops.

My work is rooted in creating safe, sacred spaces for emotional and physical healing, not only for others, but also as a practice of coming home to myself.
