Being of service and working with many people for the past 10 years showed me how important it is to embody self-love, trust your inner guide and allow, accept and embrace the flow of life.

Through tapping into my gifts I am here to create a unique space where you feel safe to explore and rediscover your true essence.

Kundalini Yoga & Gong

Kundalini yoga awakens your consciousness. It is a powerful ancient technique that strengthens immune, lymphatic and nervous system.

In this class you get to experience a deep connection with your breath through various breath exercises, with your body through conscious repetitive movement and with your soul through meditation, chanting sacred mantras and deep relaxation in a gong bath.

Your experience goes straight into your heart.

This session is all about inviting stability, gentleness and openness to your world with the frequency of crystals.
I have been using crystals for many years and experiencing their magic. From healing physical pain, releasing stuck emotions to creating more flow and abundance in my life.
Crystals have been known for their amazing healing properties because they easily maintain their frequency but we often get influenced by our own surroundings, and sometimes or often we feel off-balance.
The frequency amplifies and restores that balance and helps your energy to flow. 
Crystals can energize your confidence, assist in gaining clarity, cleanse your energy field, or release anything that no longer serves you.
During your session, you intuitively select sets of crystals for your healing to clear and realign your energy. 
It is a soothing and relaxing way to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.

During our session you will be guided through a channeled meditation while “bathing” in different vibrational healing sounds.
From crystal singing bowls, Kenari chimes to a gong or a drum, every instrument that is used corresponds to different areas and energy systems in your body to help bring it back into energetic alignment.
